On - Site Field Service

Around the country, our field service and support professionals provide on - site service and on - call troubleshooting. This factory - trained team thoroughly understands your product and applications. 

Our goal and promise is to do our absolute best to maximize the availability and efficiency of your instruments. A Service Agreement provides a predictable fixed cost for service delivered by experienced and trained professionals. Additional benefits of a Service Agreement include priority response times for on - site service, technical support, and application assistance. We also stock vital spares and the same can be purchased from us in local currency ensuring quick availability.

Application Support & Testing Laboratory

We have an application support lab which supports our existing and prospective customers to try and test their samples for TOC in Municipal, effluent and pure water at a nominal cost. We test the samples for Total sulphur & Total Chloride in Petroleum & Petrochemical products. We conduct chemicals screening on our Thermal Screening unit. Even when we do not have systems, we will try to run the samples at our principal's lab. You may hire the services of our Application Engineers to help you with your application on - site.

 

Seminars & Exhibitions

We do participate actively in quality exhibition through out the year and conduct technical seminars at various locations, including our Head office, in order to exchange the latest in the world of analytical instrumentations, for specific applications.
